Euler Foundation has been established on the occasion of a jubilee of the great scientist. It works in the area of support of mathematics and mathematical education in Russia (cf. List of projects).
* Founders: members of Russian Academy of Sciences L. D. Faddeev and I. A. Ibragimov, professors A. M. Vershik and S.V.Vostokov.
* President of Euler Foundation: Sergei V. Vostokov, professor of the Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics of St. Petersburg University.
* Board of Trustees includes scientists, businessmen and representatives of city administration; it is headed by Prof. G. A. Leonov, Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics of St. Petersburg University, corresponding member of Russian Academy of Sciences.
